Customer’s spontaneous facial expression recognition

<span lang="EN-US">In the field of consumer science, customer facial expression is often categorized either as negative or positive. Customer who portrays emotion to a specific product mostly means they reject while with positive more likely purchase product. To observe emotion, many researchers have studied different perspectives and methodologies obtain high accuracy results. Conventional neural network (CNN) used recognize spontaneous expressions. This paper aims expressions observed certain products. We developed service system using CNN that trained detect three types expression, i.e. happy, sad, neutral. Facial features are extracted together its histogram gradient sliding window. The results then compared existing works it shows an achievement 82.9% success rate on average.</span>
